The 2012 BTME show is a bienial event attracting the great & good of turf managment and ground keeping. JD wanted to carry a high impact presence and we proposed the use of LED video screens to carry high end promotional and information content. We alos created custom graphics with specific front lighting to for wall mounted displays.

With no outdoor rink in Nottingham's market square this Christamas, the team at the NIC [which houses the Capital FM Arena and Capital One Community Rink] asked us  to design a scheme which would temporarily transform the Capital One Rink and allow them to promote special public skating sessions with a Christmas theme -oh and the rink must still be useable by the multitude of training seesions that the rink houses, including Nottingham Panthers, Ice dance champions, Team GB Speed Skating to name a few!

With a limited budget all parties worked hard to create this fantastic atmosphere, which feature:

  • Over 700m2 of custom white draping
  • 20 moving heads - including our new Robin 600's
  • 30 themed and custom gobos
  • 1.5km of festoon and 1500 LED lamps
  • Le Maitre Silent Storm Snow machines & fluid
  • 8 motors
  • 200m of truss
  • A 1.2m mirror ball

We programmed a large number of scenes to cover all the themed party nights and promotional events, and dropped it onto the in house Martin Light Jockey system to allow the client to manage playback.

As well as a celebration for Mark & Gails 25th Wedding Anniversary, the great and good of Orston [in Nottinghamshires beautiful Vale of Belvoir] came to support Olivers Army - the charity set up by The Liley's several years ago. The evening kicked off with Nottingham's own Tee Dymond, playing a lovely set of laid back classics, followed by Chesney Hawkes with a classic Chez set packed with the hits and some great covers. Finally, the unsuspecting crowd were treated to the multimillion selling Ali Campbell and a UB40 Greatest Hits set. A fab night was had by all for a truly good cause.

The 2011 product launch was a mini version of the European event earlier in the year. Dealers and customers were treated to a full reveal show featuring the latest John Deere products, followed by a closer viewing in an around a customised pole tent. Working closely with both agency and client we supplied full production at the saddle span reveal stage and at the exhibition pole tent.

It was an opportunity for us to put our new Roland VR5 through its paces. This fab new vision/audio mixer & recorder took care of all AV in's and out's and along with our Dak P10SMD screens, gave the event a truly high end production finish.
