Islam Expo 2008

Olympia [yes all of it]] was the venue for this fascinating event. We looked after the full production in the National hall: stage & set, lighting, audio, video, projection, stage furniture, plus AV rental in the Grand Hall. The challenge was taking a 2000 candidate conference by day to a 3000 capacity full on concert at night –with limited turnarounds. Big thanks to our colleagues at Islam Expo, ECO, OutBack and of course the OBS crew for making it a huge success and pleasure to work on.
