Three day event at this beautiful central London venue

Following a trial event at G Live in Guilford, we moved the full production to the grand ballroom at this universally know and loved venue. The event ran over the opening three days of the Olympics, which brought it's own challenges, including the ladies cycling sprint along Park Lane on the same day as load in!! With a full daytime programme and one evening gala dinner there was plenty to keep us busy. Our client BCUK asked us to supply full event production - which we did with our usual style and professionalism! This included:
